Customer Support Technician

The Customer Support Technician is a full-time, phone-based technical customer service role, employed at our Glendale, WI location. The individual will be responsible for providing technical support to TEKLYNX' direct customers, resellers, distributors, and sales personnel on all TEKLYNX label design software applications.


Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Rep is a full-time sales role at TEKLYNX Americas. This individual expands end user relationships by promoting the value of TEKLYNX’ Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) as well as subscription licensing. On a daily basis this individual encourages unregistered end users to register in order to take advantage of the numerous benefits of the SMA.


Enterprise Sales Executive

The Enterprise Sales Executive is responsible for opportunity identification, new account sales and cross-sell / up-sell of installed TEKLYNX software. This is a strategic sales and relationship management position that requires big picture, critical thinking, ability to build and optimize business plans, and expand the footprint TEKLYNX has within these accounts.


Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative is a full-time, high volume sales, phone based lead qualification role, employed at our Glendale, WI location. This individual will contribute to revenue growth through day-to-day lead management and qualification by applying inside sales processes and product knowledge.
