LABEL MATRIX supports over 1750 specialized thermal and thermal-transfer label printers and any
printer with a valid Windows driver supplied by the manufacturer. Printer drivers included with
LABEL MATRIX are installed to the program's  Drivers' directory when the program is installed.
Some printers include both a native driver and an extended driver for the same printer model, designated in the program as follows:
(L) = Driver is a native software driver (developed specifically for use with this label design software)
(X) = Driver is from an extended driver set (giving you access to the driver's advanced properties)

Which databases does LABEL MATRIX Support?
LABEL MATRIX provides a helpful wizard that makes it easy to pull information from a database and print it on your labels.  

LABEL MATRIX supports all popular database types using OLE DB, ODBC or ASCII connections, including: ASCII (comma, tab and quote delimited), DB2, dBase, FoxPro, Informix, Lotus Smart Suite, Microsoft Office, Oracle, Paradox, SQL and others.  

What Edition of LABEL MATRIX do I need? There are three editions of LABEL MATRIX to choose from:  

• LABEL MATRIX QuickDraw is an entry level label design package recommended for Inkjet or LaserJet printing using store-bought sheets of labels such as Avery forms/templates.
• LABEL MATRIX with its wizards is a great value for designing complex labels, with little to no label creation experience.
• LABEL MATRIX Power Pro includes the ability to print labels in different print orders (typically used in ticket or card printing) and includes the ability to integrate with existing applications using the OLE interface.

How is LABEL MATRIX licensed?
LABEL MATRIX single user installations are licensed on a design station basis, however, you can print to an unlimited number of printers on your network.  

The Network version of LABEL MATRIX is licensed by concurrent users, and not per seat.  This means you can install the software on as many PCs as you need, however, the licensing will limit how many users can access it at the same time.  

LABEL MATRIX PrintPack (Print Only) version must be used in conjunction with a Full Design version. PrintPack is limited to only opening and printing labels; you cannot add, move, delete or edit fields on a label.  

What languages is LABEL MATRIX available in?
LABEL MATRIX is available in: Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish  

Can I try LABEL MATRIX before I buy it?
Yes, you can download a trial version of LABEL MATRIX to see the full functionality of the product.  This is a full product that can run in a LABEL MATRIX QuickDraw, LABEL MATRIX, or LABEL MATRIX PowerPro mode. The demo is good for 30 days, or 100 executions of the program.   

Limitations of the demo include: Print to File

If these features are needed for comprehensive preproduction testing, TEKLYNX does offer a 30 day return policy.  

When you decide to purchase LABEL MATRIX, you will receive an activation code that will allow you to unlock your free demo into a fully licensed product.  You do not need to reinstall the program.

Every LABEL MATRIX PowerPro Single User Installation includes a FREE Pocket LABEL MATRIX license, allowing you to download labels and print from your mobile device. A Pocket LABEL MATRIX add-on is also available for use with the LABEL MATRIX edition.     

I am an existing LABEL MATRIX user with version 7, why should I upgrade?
