TEKLYNX Launches New Customer Support process, Support Center widgets, and improved search functionality

New updates to support you better
We are excited to announce that we have launched three helpful new ways to support you better:
1. New Customer Support phone process
- What's new? Now, when you call into TEKLYNX during standard business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CT), you will get a live person on the line immediately. That's right - no more queues, pressing buttons, and waiting to speak to a live representative!
Also, our Customer Support team has undergone cross-training to ensure that every representative at TEKLYNX is equipped to handle basic software activations and customer order entry. We're pretty excited about it, too. Watch our short video that explains more:
2. New and improved search functionality on our website
- What's new? We've enhanced the search feature on our website to support the 1,000+ search queries it receives every month. Now, results will be even more relevant, descriptive, and comprehensive. Check it out!
3. New Support Center widgets
- What's new? We launched our new Support Center in late July 2016 to replace the Knowledge Base with an uplifted design, easier user interface, and a better overall experience. Now, when you visit select pages on our website, a helpful widget will pop up and allow you to search the Support Center within our website for answers to your questions. You can see it right now in the lower-right corner of your screen!
