Anthony Bieniewski Named Notable Operations Manager by BizTimes Milwaukee

Congratulations to our very own Operations and IT Manager, Anthony Bieniewski, for being named one of BizTimes Milwaukee’s Notable Office and Operations Managers. This inaugural list spotlights the unsung heroes at southeastern Wisconsin companies who keep organizations running smoothly.

 

Under Anthony's leadership, TEKLYNX successfully improved operations by consolidating business systems and tools into a centralized ERP system to improve user experiences. This technology improvement eliminates the need for dual entry and reduces the amount of time to get orders out the door, so TEKLYNX can quickly meet the demand of resellers and customers. 

 

Anthony also prioritizes continued education for his teams. Year-over-year, he ensures budget and time are allocated to support employees’ professional and personal growth. This has led to multiple TEKLYNX employees working on Microsoft Certifications, GS1 Certifications, and other fundamental technical skills.

Anthony’s dedication to excellence includes participation in professional organizations that support career development and industry growth, including the MMAC Operations Executives Roundtable. Outside of TEKLYNX, he helps small businesses and nonprofits select and purchase technology assets.

Anthony Bieniewski is the Operations and IT Manager at TEKLYNX. Anthony uses his 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and security to continue to move TEKLYNX forward with efficient and secure processes and tools. He also leverages that experience in mentoring and coaching the TEKLYNX Customer Support Team, so they can continue to pursue best practices when helping our customers barcode better.
