Jenna Wagner Wins 2022 Women in Supply Chain Award

Date: 09/19/2022 / Category: Awards, Press releases

Jenna WagnerTEKLYNX International, known for reliable barcode labeling software solutions and outstanding customer support that help supply chains work better, today announced Global Marketing Director Jenna Wagner has been named a winner of the Women in Supply Chain award by Supply & Demand Chain Executive for a third consecutive year.

The 2022 Women in Supply Chain award honors supply chain leaders and executives whose accomplishments, mentorship, and examples set a foundation for women in all levels of a company’s supply chain network. This year’s list includes individuals who have helped supply chain clients and the supply chain community at large prepare to meet many of today’s – and tomorrow’s – challenges.

“I’m honored to be included in this list of leaders in the supply chain,” says Jenna. “Beyond the work TEKLYNX does to help make supply chains work better, I’m passionate about inspiring other women to find their voice and confidence as leaders. Thank you to Supply & Demand Chain Executive for centering women’s work and contributions to our respective industries across the supply chain.”

During Jenna’s time as Global Marketing Director, new strategic partnerships were launched with other technology solution providers in the supply chain. This continued partnership initiative results in comprehensive offerings to manufacturers around the world, while assuring integrations are seamless, printing is optimized, labeling is centralized, and waste is limited throughout the supply chain.

Over the last year, Jenna also spearheaded a robust integrated marketing campaign on how better connections help make companies a more successful part of the supply chain. Under her leadership, TEKLYNX developed videos, infographics, and blog posts about better connections being the key to achieving scalability, quality, security, flexibility, and efficiency.

“When I launched this award three years ago, I was prepared for an uphill battle. I was envisioning a long road ahead in getting the supply chain industry educated enough as to why it was important to recognize women in the supply chain. But, this award, the winners and those who submitted nominations is a testament that supply chain organizations were already recognizing their female leaders; they just needed a better platform,” says Marina Mayer, Editor-in-Chief of Supply & Demand Chain Executive and Food Logistics. “This year, we received over 280 submissions. Almost 100 of those submissions came from men. I’m so proud of everyone who participated, both men and women. I’m proud to call these women mentors, role models, and industry friends.”
