Senior Technical Support Technician
The Senior Technical Support Technician provides technical support to TEKLYNX' direct customers, distributors and international and domestic sales personnel on all TEKLYNX software. In this senior technical support role, the specialist is responsible for owning one or more product lines. This responsibility includes providing second level support, extensive technical training, and customer input during the functional design of new or changed product. The technician also creates and approves all support and customer technical documentation, and creates materials and resources to pro-actively support and address technical issues for the product owned. This individual is expected to multitask and balance pro-active technical ownership with day-to-day operations of phone and on-line support. Ideal candidates for this position have exceptional verbal, written and listening skills. A strong desire to constantly improve the customer's experience is critical.
