Customer Care Representative

The Customer Care Representative works within our Care Center to provide the best customer service in the industry. This individual is responsible for answering a high volume of customer calls and facilitates the completion of customer requests, including the activation and initial setup of the TEKLYNX label design programs. The Representative has a great understanding of TEKLYNX technology and effectively communicates this information to the end user. This individual follows predetermined processes and must manage all work within the process and tools defined by management. Our Representatives establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and are dedicated to exceeding their expectations.
