Our system went down recently, and after reinstalling the Label Matrix software, I had difficulty getting the system to print correctly. On Friday I contacted TEKLYNX Technical Support (for the first time) and was assisted by Specialist Matt Mueller. I just wanted to drop a quick note to you regarding the efforts that Beth has put into helping me resolve the chain of issues that we have been having with the latest release of LABELVIEW. She has spent countless hours on the phone with me trying to determine what could be the potential cause and has never given up on finding a solution (Even tough it turned out to be cable issue and had nothing to do with the software itself, Beth was able to diagnose and correct). She has not only been extremely patient but has been extremely polite in the process. Most Tech Support individuals that I have dealt with over the years (Companies other than TEKLYNX.) are extremely quick to get off the phone and are most of the time not interested in helping, much less following through. Beth has continued to amaze me on how she not only documents everything that we have done but also that she is following up with me weekly to ensure that things we have discussed are either continuing to work or ensuring that I completely understood the actions that she was wanting me to take. My company owes Beth a great deal of gratitude as she has enabled us to keep production of our product moving forward without being completely shut done without labels. We are a long time user of the LABELVIEW product and will continue to be a customer of TEKLYNX' because of people like Beth going the extra mile to ensure that her customers are serviced and completely satisfied.

All too often, people only hear the negative aspects towards someone's efforts. It is to this end that I'd like to comment personally to you and let you know that Teklynx has a highly valued employee in Renee.

Since the 4th of August, Chemicon Australia has had a rather perplexing problem with printing in Label Matrix. When the "standard procedures" couldn't fix the issue, Renee stepped in. It shows how good a communicator Renee is in that we immediately felt as if the matter was being actively attended to effectively. As it turns out, it took another month and a half to resolve our issue but all through that time, Renee made herself available to keep us informed. Part of our solution involved liasing with the developers to which Renee was a great advocate.

Tanika is outstanding. She walked me through a download and an unzip of an application. I had been working on it for several hours myself with no success. I was pretty impatient but she calmly told me how to correct the problem. I am no computer expert and have talked to several technical support people over the last 7 years. She is by far the best.

Just had to drop you a line and tell you what a value Matt and Tanika are to your (Technical Support) department. I called in several times over the past 3 days and had to talked to 2 other techs and had a fairly difficult issue which finally fell in Tanika's lap this morning. To make a long story short, I was between a rock and a hard place and was still waiting on an email from a tech that was promised the day before...Matt stepped in...then walked me through the setup. This allowed my project to stay on schedule and avoided me having to make some rather unpleasant phone calls, thus really coming through...It is truly a pleasure to get help on the phone when they are persistent and or efficient. Had it not been for Tanika's persistence to get the issue resolved and Matt's knowledge we may of never gotten this solved and I would be in very unhappy room with some very grouchy people. She (Tanika) was outstanding in the way she handled the call and the solutions. I have to admit, I was not the happiest person in the world when I first made the call but Tanika stayed patient, and never got rattled. She is a asset to your team...After finding a few bugs, and being unable to work a fix, I called Tanika. She stayed on the phone with me for over an hour. In that Hour, we found a driver issue, and she solved it. The other issue was a printer issue that she was able to find a fix and get us up and running. The whole time keeping her cool and staying focused. You're lucky to have such an employee.
