HOW IT WORKS

1. SAP Creates a Data File.
   
   The data file serves two purposes:
   a) it includes the variable information for bar code labels
   b) it initiates the request to SENTINEL
   
   
2. SENTINEL "Watches" for the Data.
   SENTINEL Print Pack S/3 for SAP receives data by watching a directory for files/data sent there from the host.
   
   
3. SENTINEL Processes the Data.
   SENTINEL maps the data to a label design based on a predefined configuration.
   
   
4. SENTINEL Prints the Label.
   
   Using the CODESOFT or LABELVIEW print engine, labels can be printed to any thermal or Windows printer on the network, local or remote.
