I am having trouble downloading my labels wirelessly, what can I check? |

Downloading wirelessly and wireless printing is a function of your wireless network not of Pocket LABELVIEW. Some of the things you can check are:
- Make sure that the shared folder is accessible on the LAN. You can test this by trying to connect to that folder from any other computer on the network. TEKLYNX uses Windows network protocol (not TCP/IP) for this functionality.
- The network download is based on Windows Networking (NetBIOS / netbeui), which is a different protocol from TCP/IP. Even if TCP/IP works that does not mean that Windows networking is also functional.
