When I try to print I get a Print Job initialization error. How can I fix this?

Most commonly this error occurs when a link to a database has become corrupted or has been changed (for example, having multiple links to the same database, changing the location, name or permissions to the database).

To resolve this problem:
  1. Open LABEL MATRIX and right-click on your label and select Properties. Select the Database tab.

  2. Select your database and click the Reanalyze button.

  3. The Reanalyze Database wizard will open.

  4. Follow the wizard and verify all the information defined is correct. When you complete the wizard, click Finish.

  5. After reanalyzing the database, exit the Label Properties dialog by clicking OK. Now try to print your label.

  6. If you continue to encounter the error message when trying to print, it is likely being caused by a memory allocation error. You can correct this by exiting all open programs and restarting LABEL MATRIX.
