When I enter the activation code on our disks from our previous version I get an error saying "A problem was encountered while processing the activation code for this product" |

Verify the Serial number and Activation Code you are entering match the product edition and product version you are attempting to install.
The LABEL MATRIX CD contains several editions of LABEL MATRIX Software: LABEL MATRIX Quick Draw, LABEL MATRIX, and LABEL MATRIX Power Pro. The activation code provided with your software is only valid for the edition and major version you have purchased.
Activation Codes are only valid for the major version that has been purchased (i.e. an Activation code for version 5.x will not work for version 7.x).
TEKLYNX highly recommends installing the latest release: LABEL MATRIX 7.02.02. Keeping your software on the current version allows you to work with the most current print drivers, features, compliance standards and support materials.
