How do I upgrade my keyless version of CODESOFT to the latest keyless version? |

This FAQ explains the procedure for upgrading from a keyless version of CODESOFT to a newer keyless version of CODESOFT. If you are performing a different upgrade refer to our CODESOFT upgrade assistance page.- E-mail the Authorization Code (found on the label attached to the upgrade sheet you received from TEKLYNX) and older version’s Serial Number (located on the product box, user’s manual and on the CD envelope) to customerservice@teklynx.com with the phrase LICENSE UPGRADE in the subject line.
- When you receive a return e-mail from TEKLYNX Customer Service, it will include your new Product Activation Code.
- If you have not already done so, install your new software. Once you have installed the new version and rebooted, run the software.
- A screen similar to the one below will open. Select the Activate option and click Next.
- If you have an Internet connection, select the Automatic Activation Mode. Click Next.
- Enter your registration information and click OK.
- Enter your Activation Code. Click Next.
- You will see a message confirming the Product activation like the one on the left. Click Finish to exit the Activation Wizard.
