TEKLYNX ASSISTED INSTALL SERVICE

Get your label design system installed and configured correctly the first time! Ask your reseller about TEKLYNX' Assisted Install service.

Our Assisted Install service can help you with the install or upgrade of any purchased label identification product via remote access. This service includes complete setup of the software, server, and clients, as well as connectivity to your printers.

There are three levels of support:

BRONZE

  • Label Design Products (CODSEOFT, LABELVIEW, LABEL MATRIX)
  • Single User
  • Connect to One Printer

SILVER

  • Label Design Products (CODESOFT, LABELVIEW, LABEL MATRIX)
  • Network, Less than 10 Users
  • Up to 5 Printers
  • LABEL ARCHIVE – Desktop installation*

PLATINUM

  • Label Design Products (CODESOFT, LABELVIEW, LABEL MATRIX)
  • Network, 10 Users or More
  • Up to 10 Printers
  • LABEL ARCHIVE – Server Installation*

*Assisted Installs are required with all Enterprise software purchases sold through the TSP channel.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS FOR ASSISTED INSTALL

Please make sure you have access to the following information:

  1. Local Administrative Username and Passwords for your Server and any workstations for which we will be providing assistance.
  2. TEKLYNX product installation files and activation information provided with your software purchase.

Remote Assistance Requirements:

  • Microsoft® Internet Explorer 6.0 or greater
  • JavaScript and cookies must be enabled in your Web browser

Note: The following factors may affect Remote Assistance performance:

  • Speed of your computer's connection to the Internet
  • Performance of your Internet service provider
  • Overall Internet traffic on your routed connection to the WebEx server
  • Performance of firewall and proxy servers, if your computer is behind a company firewall
