Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative generates revenue growth through day to day sales fulfillment by applying inside sales processes and product knowledge. The Representative prospects for new sales opportunities and maintains an effective post-sale follow up process with our customers. This individual is responsible for leads generation and the management of leads through distribution to the appropriate business partner. The Inside Sale Representative continuously builds and expands customer relationships in an effort to promote our products and services. In addition, this individual provides internal support to our customer service team by ensuring order accuracy. This is a tactical sales position that requires technical knowledge and learning and great attention to detail. Customer focus, negotiating, and priority setting are required competencies.
