Software Sales Engineer

The Software Sales Engineer supports customers by providing technical support and professional service, both pre and post sales, to customers following a predetermined process.

This position works with the Sales Department to conduct demos, webinars, proof of concept, creation of product requirements documents), assists remote installs and on-site installations. This person helps certify business partners on high-end products and conducts scheduled webinars. The Sales Engineer also works closely with our Technical Support Team and Product Specialist to research and assess defects, competitive software and new technology. This is a technically creative position and requires using the industry’s best practices to solve customer problems.
